Backpacking Low Cost in Zambia 🇿🇲 - Travel cheap from Isoke to Mpika by bus

JKas Bus Service - leaving from Isoke Junction (every moto driver knows)

Departure - 11am

Arriving - 3pm

Price for 250km - k250/person

From Isoke Junction we took a bus to Mpika for k250.

The bus left around 11.20am and reached Mpika 3pm. 

 

From Mpika main station we walked

around 1km to Crumach Lodge - k300 (no wifi, but clean and hot water).

They also have a restaurant where you can choose from village chicken, beef stew or fish with nshima for k120. 

But we found outside on the main road a really good local restaurant offering the same options for k70.

 There’s also a small supermarket at the main road where we found a really nice Baobab drink shot for k8.
